E.email : cannot send or receive email : user unknown in virtual mailbox table

Dear Support,

Sorry for the very short message. My full explanatory message was refused due to unknown reasons to me.

Going straight to the point:

  1. Why my main email is under murena.io instead of e.email?
  2. Why I cannot send or receive email from/to e.email?
