Hello to everyone.
excuse me if I’m doing some mistake with this post.

I have installed to try e/os on old xiaomi readme 5 and i’m very satisfied about capabilities and performance also if radme 5 is an old model.

I read a lot about work of the community and also the @Ronnz98 user

Now I wish to buy a new low cost phone to change stock android to e/os.
I have restricted to following 2 options . T

-xiaomi readme note 11 Code name Spes.
e-3.0.1-a14-20250625-CUSTOM-spes
e-3.0.1-a15-20250701-UNOFFICIAL-spes

-Motorola G34 Code name Fogos
e-2.9-a14-20250415-UNOFFICIAL-fogos
e-3.0-a15-20250609-UNOFFICIAL-fogos

there are both android 14 and 15 version but i don’t understand first version number what indicate and the difference?

I would recommend you the Motorola G34 (fogos) since its now officially supported:

For the Xiaomi readme note 11 I made unofficially builds in regularly time frames.

The numbering reflects the current /e/OS version (current version is 3.1) and a14 and a15 are the Android versions.

For Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 (spes)? Only if its supported officially by lineageOS, but currently its not and also not planned

Hello. May I ask you a question/request?

I am on the Samsung A06 4G. Unfortunately, like many others, I instantly updated to one UI 7 the day I got the phone. (Kernel 6.6.56)

Most custom ROMs seem to have ended support for the A06 past one UI 6. That is kernel 4.9.

I don’t know where to begin if I were to try and port any ROM to work with the new kernel

If it is an easy fix, would you mind helping us out please? There’s a Telegram group and there’s quite a number of us still on one UI 7, avoiding 8.

Or the resources and reasons why we are in this particular situation. If I don’t understand it, some aspiring dev might get it on the telegram channel

So any questions you need to raise to the developer directly since this is basically a port of the Lineage version and untested
