After some searching I did get my Moto G7 Power flashed with e/OS; an excellent outcome. e/OS is the best. I may have chosen to update the wrong phone. The issue I’m concerned about now is system updates from e/OS 3.0.4.

If OTA ceased perhaps you are on Android 14 ??
You could consider a manual upgrade to a15. /e/ does not publish upgrade pages but the official advice is to treat this as a fresh install.
You could search the forum for dirty upgrade, but you should have a good backup of essentials in case you have to format data.

Hello Iain - thanks for your response once again. My Moto G7 Power is currently on Android 14, as you correctly guessed. I’ll check through possibility of doing the manual upgrade to Android 15 and see how that goes.
