Element on eOS not connecting

Hello there,
I have a Samsung A52s with eos 3.1.1 (eos 3.1.1-a15-20250829521751-community-a52sxq) and cant connect to a Matrix Server. The Matrix Synapse Server is hosted at my home and I can connect with the element classic app and with elemnt on the web or computer. With eos and the element version from Fdroid this is not possible. When I type in my url and press next, I see a spinning wheel and nothing happens.
Does anyone know this issue? Is element working on your eos device?

  2. use the local router DNS if you connect by hostname

its working now. i just have to wait a few minutes. then the connection works.
