I am unable to get Outlook 365 to configure my murena email. I keep getting an error message saying “Something went wrong and Outlook couldn’t set up your account. Please try again. If the problem continues, contact your email administrator.”
I have made sure the server config for IMAP and SMTP are pointing to mail.ecloud.global with the respective ports of 993 SSL for IMAP and 587 for SMTP StartTLS as the screenshots attached below:
