If you really need Facebook, go to F-droid and choose a Facebook client such as FaceSlim or similar.

I barely use FB and TW.
For both, I rather get there via Firefox, and run them as PWA.

@dotcoma What about using Facebook Lite in Shelter? Which is the better way?

I’m still not too comfortable with Shelter.

Plus, I’m trying to put in there only a very limited amount of apps.

Lastly, FaceSlim is tracker-free, Facebook Lite is not…

haha i posted this more as a reason for moving away from Facebook and starting to use alternatives like Friendica, Diaspora and Mastodon.
