Hi there!
Being a very satisfied owner of a Fairphone 6 running /e/OS, I now stumble into a strange problem:
I drive a Fiat 500C, with an original infotainment system installed by the manufacturer in 2017.
Last week I connected my FP6 over Bluetooth, and it all worked fine, was able to make calls, and play some media.
But suddenly now, when starting the car, the FP6 is trying to connect which is somehow not possible anymore, after which the phone is shutting down by itself.
Not much can be found online, one was proposing to put the phone on the charger before connecting as this could point to a sudden huge power drain while connecting. After doing this it works every now and than, unfortunately more often not.
After this shutdown, the phone can be booted, but after a startup the same thing happens.
Anyone familiar with this, any thoughts of a way to get to the root cause?
Thanks a million, best regards,
Frank
