Fairphone 6 /e/OS shifted dock wallpaper

Hi,

after changing my wallpaper on Fairphone 6 and returning again to the default one, my deck’s wallpaper has permanently shifted compared to the rest of the screen. Is there any option to bring it back to normal position?

there have been a few threads on it with workarounds (to prepare the wallpaper to your aspect ratio / resolution mainly)

there’s now a pretty lean issue in the gitlab that might get picked up:

Following @tcecyk’s links … doh got it wrong, correction Post 5

but your images with the brand new /e/OS wallpaper torn is more dramatic.

Do you have more than 1 screen set up?

On my Gigaset GS6 Pro I have 2 screens and when I swipe left or right to access another screen the bottom part of the wallpaper slides slightly and gets misaligned exactly along the misalignment line on your phone screen… could that be linked to multiple screens on your FP?

P.S. in fact I can see multiple screens (dots) on top picture and three on the bottom including AP one… on one of the screens it would be aligned O.K. if it’s like on my phone.

@aibd #9429 is the right issue that somebody got to filing, #9160 is just about the icon shapes

Thank you all for your answers. I guess there is no sloution for now to bring back alignment of deck and desktop. I will wait for the #9429.

Edit: Ok, I have solved the problem. I think that this solution may be also answer for the case #9429.
You have to click on your selected wallpaper in “preview” menu, than slide the picture maximum to the right (left side of your wallpaper should be fully visible). After this just select wallpaper and deck is perfectly aligned with desktop.
