I recently bought a fairphone 6 in the USA. I’m pretty satisfied so far; it’s nice to have a degoogled phone with support that doesn’t complain about an unlocked bootloader. I bought it shortly after release and was expecting parts to become available in the store like for the other fairphones, but nothing has shown up yet. Is there a timeline for when they will be available? From this post, it looks like there have been issues with part availability. I was thinking of attaching a quadlock mount to the battery cover, and wanted a spare cover, so I don’t need anything super urgently.

I’m looking into getting a FP6, am also in the US. Parts is one thing I was looking into also. Found vireo.de, they do sell Fairphone parts and ship worldwide. Shipping is on the pricier side, and customer is responsible for all customs fees. Site seems to be only available in German.

Thanks, I’ll look at that. I am conflicted between the FP6 (a known known) and the Hiroh (a known unknown) from Murena US shop. Pretty sure I’ll end up with FP6. Might have to fly to EU frequently to smuggle parts for it…….
But first I’ll continue de-googleing.
