Fairphone - FP3 - FP3+ Documentation Suggestions

Here we go again with version 2.2 through 2.4.

On September 11th it began to charge very slow and finally refused charging at all, even in fast charge mode. I tracked the problem down to the bottom module being defective.
So, the data between September 13th through 21st is misleading as I couldn’t charge before getting the new bottom module which I installed very easy on September 21st and then installed the dev-version of 2.4.
Since then everything runs fine.

The number pattern seems to persist though 2.4.1 could break it if it runs long enough: I sure put the relation between using data and runtime into the calculation, and 2.4.1 alone has so far 5,44 days of lasting which is better then the 5,23 days of 2.1, it only comes together with worse numbers of the dev-version (running for 3,6 days) and 2.4 (running for 20,8 days), only it has so far a runtime of 3,2 days.
So there seems to be a slight chance for + - - + this time.

Here come the graphs of monitoring day 651.
First the subversion resolution of power usage:

It seems to have grown less volatile.

Subversion numbers for charging:

They also seem to calm down a bit.

Finally subversions’ runtime:

Now comes the version resolution, which gives a clearer look at the tendencies as the subversions I installed are included in depency of their runtime.
Power usage:

Charging:

Runtime:

Now I excluded the subversions to give an impression what it might look like if you did not activate developer options and only upgrade versions. That’s why the colours are slightly different (to keep them apart).

Have fun!

Edit (November 6th 2024):
Since I just passed the 666th day of monitoring power usage on the FP3 (today is day #669 (as in Highway 61…, seems to fit with the US elections)), there is some statistical overview ready that might be of interest.
I have fully charged it roughly every 10th loading process which takes a little over 10 days as I don’t have to charge for one or two days when it’s fully charged. My battery health after slightly over three years is “good”.
My using pattern sure changed a little as I meanwhile am on Matrix as addition to Threema and Signal. I do not use Mail on the phone at all and am browsing quite defensively, so the numbers you find may vary from my absolute numbers.
