Model: Fairphone FP5
OS: /e/OS (previous version: v3.1.4-a14)
Issue: The phone downloaded and installed the update to v3.2-a15, then shut down and never restarted.
Current Status: The phone is completely unresponsive (black screen, no vibration, battery was fully charged). When connected to a Linux computer, it is detected in EDL mode (ID 05c6:9008) via the lsusb command.
Steps Already Attempted:
Forced restart (Power + Volume Up/Down).
Attempted access to Recovery and Fastboot modes (unsuccessful).
USB connection to a computer (only detected in EDL mode).
Request:
Given that the phone is in Qualcomm EDL (9008) mode, I would like to know if someone could help me to have :
An official recovery file (firehose programmer + firmware) compatible with the Fairphone FP5 running /e/OS, to restore the system without losing my data.
A detailed and secure procedure to flash the phone via this mode, if possible without erasing user data.
Or any other solution to recover my data or restart the phone.
Thanks
