Hi there, I applied the IMG-e-3.5-a15-20260211580868-official-FP6.zip from a windows 11 using the git bash command: chmod +x flash_FP6_factory.sh && ./flash_FP6_factory.sh
But now the phone is stuck , after briefly flashing the Fairphone logo it stays in the Murena Logo.
I did checksum of the download, it was ok. nothing seems corrupted.

Did you save the terminal output of the flashing script? It can happen the the script fails to complete, as “flash or abort” for partitions exists in the script. Abort is effectively silent but can be recognised sometimes if you share the output.
If no saved output and you have working fastboot you might just run the script again.
Incomplete flashing is often down to requirement for a high capacity data cable also check the whole USB chain avoid hubs including hidden in the PC, preferably use a USB2 port soldered to the motherboard.

straight after this, the phone stays on Murena logo.
is there a way to enable and look at the startup logs to see what is actually happening ?

I wonder if the bootloader itself needs to be re-installed or do I need to create a partition that got deleted and never re-created ?
is there a way to access the log files ?

The phone does have a good level of charge?
Looks like the script completed but First boot fails, known to use much energy.
I might try to get the charge level to 85% or more and restart.
You might try to boot to e-Recovery and from there Factory reset. This should force a restart of /e/OS.
I did charge it to a 100%.
It is showing 100%+ battery.

I have to say that I am clutching at straws …
Did you start the /e/OS journey from regular locked Fairphone Android OS with no modifications?
I have a memory of MimGW causing errors I did not understand although your flash log script looks ok to my non forensic eyes.
It is not current experience with a15 but is there any chance that there was any Google or other account, passwords or PINs left on the phone before the start of eosinstaller
Again it should not cause an error at this point but do you know that the Android SPL of the Fairphone was not ahead of the 2 Feb 2026 Android SPL of /e/OS 3.5?
I had not noticed this line before and I find no useful result so far in a rather quick online search. The line crops up in the OP hereTrapped in fastboot mode with locked bootloader and corrupted custom ROM - Fairphone 4 - Fairphone Community Forum but is not commented on by @hirnsushi .
Perhaps someone else can see something in your getvar results.
I hope someone can say something more useful but I think I would use a different machine to rollback to Fairphone regular OS before trying again.

I tried to flash Android 15 from fairphone and got the same issue.
I wonder if it is a good idea to boot my laptop from a Ubuntu USB stick and try it again or try to reset to Android 15, from there?

Yes, especially if you have experience to add persistence but not vital.
You notice already that the ROM has platform-tools but maybe the stick should be equipped as Ubuntu Linux section here https://developer.android.com/studio/run/device#setting-up .
May be a complication can the USB handle the traffic but for more simple devices it has been tested and even user-proposed to distribute such a stick

I run the scripts from my ubuntu 25.0
same issue. I tried a couple of times, tried a different cable.
Tried Murena: ‘IMG-e-3.5-a15-20260211580868-official-FP6‘
it never passes the logo.
I seems that maybe a partition or folder that is expected to exist is missing and the scripts do not create them.
I thought maybe I need to manually format all partitions, create all necessary partitions and then try to re-run the scripts. But I would have no clue on what would be required as partitions and folders as a starting point .
Is it possible to check on log files where is it getting stuck ?

I am not certain to what extent the recovery.log is involved in a fastboot install. It should be found with
adb pull /tmp/recovery.log
if it exists.
Edit @eduvilla Is a useful recovery.log generated by boot to e-Recovery > Factory reset? Same could be tried at Fairphone’s OS > Android recovery > Factory resetm
Comparison of the script flash_FP6_factory.sh with the terminal output nearly always finds a missed partition (at that level); or there were a number of questions I asked (yesterday) about the “history” of the phone in case it had any bearing on what’s happening now.
Reading the script (and comparison with the Fairphone one) would provide a learning experience into the partitions involved.
Seeing yesterday Fairphone 6 bricked after official /e/OS install via flash_FP6_factory.sh on macOS I immediately began to think of a deficiency in the build. The build however was released say ~3 weeks ago and there must have been successful installs.
Maby not helpfull for you but my instal was succes full true a linux laptop of a ftiend of my! Have a fp6 with Android 15 and we had also no luck with the easy installer on Windows! But we downloaded the last version of e/os en with the linux laptop we had no problems!

Sorry I missed the history question before.
I got the phone in October, with Android 15 on it. I can’t find the version number, but I have the fp6-15.122 downloaded (I believe it was released in August 11, 2025 ).
So from factory default Android (say 15.122 ).
in November I tried to Install Murena from here: /e/OS Installer
I tried them to flash using the instructions from here: Info about Fairphone The Fairphone (Gen. 6) - FP6
About the log, I meant, isn’t a way to turn boot log on so we can log all the boot steps and find where it stops ?

The failing boot process is notoriously hard to read / watch with adb but as you wrote I did edit my previous with the idea to pull recovery.log at Factory reset.
One more previous question was possibility of Google or other accounts, passwords or PINs left on the phone before unlock and reinstalls. This now seems more relevant; those AI suggestions could have intended to try to undo frp
Yes it is possible that I had left accounts behind, but I am not sure. I was still using my old phone and never really migrated everything to Fairphone.
I can see I signed on Google from my Fairphone.
Maybe I didn’t delete the account, I can’t remember

Less likely but … much earlier you asked if eosinstaller IF Can't unlock critical partitions . Two cases in that thread.
Quite possibly under these circumstances
adb pull /tmp/recovery.log
at Fairphone’s OS > Android recovery > Factory reset could be productive.
