e/OS advanced privacy allows to fake the location and/or fake the IP address. The fake IP feature is very slow as it uses the Tor network, so I don’t use it. Now provided I expose my real IP, does it make any sense to fake my location? I mean location can be somewhat infered from the IP so what if my IP say I’m in country A but I fake the location to appear in country B? Could that even have negative effects e.g. red flagging me on some accounts for inconsistent information / suspicious activity?
