It will be a nice to have some kind of account federation between community account and ecloud. I mean I just bother the support heroes because I created first a community account. I was believing (by mistake) it was the ecloud account.
I got luky because @Manoj leads me to the right way very quickly but I guess some other could face the same problem.
One way to mitigate this may be to first check valid ecloud account before creating a community account.
