Have the same problem with WiFi and A15 on FP5. Guest network seams to be a workaround. See:

Hello, After upgrading my Fairphone 5 to Android 15, /e/OS 3.2-a15-20251022539003-official-FP5. I can’t make wifi connection with the standard account on my router. The strange thing is, wifi connection with the guest account on the same router works normal. Did a hard reset on the router. Removed Account and network on the phone and made it again. Tried with QR and Barcode Scanner. On the Network settings there is: FRITZ!Box 7530 x0 stored and it stays stored. no connection. Nothing works …
