You may not want to install a separate app, but I find BatteryBot Pro (installed from F-Droid) useful for this. You can set alarms for various things, including when the battery falls below chosen levels. It’s not been updated for a while but works well for me.

I don’t have the standard camera app active on my FP6 so can’t check this, but from memory you need to go to Settings and check the box next to ‘Show camera when locked’ under ‘More camera controls’.

I have also problems with a pixel 7 and esim after updates. I created a ticket here: pixel 7 panther no mobile internet (#9098) · Issues · e / Backlog · GitLab. But still no reaction at the moment

Since the /e/is 4.0 has been installed, I cannot read anymore Qr codes through my banking app, EasyBank by BNP Paribas fortis.

I have also some specific issues in online payments (e.g buying from my smartphone a ticket on the Trenitalia website, but the payment does not work) but I am not sure that this is an issue linked to the update.

Thanks!

Hello, the problem with Trenitalia may be due to IP spoofing. I had to turn it off in order to get their website to work.

Tried clearing caches of apps in question (or use cache cleaner or SD maid SE or the like…)?

I sure tried that now, thanks for the hint!

Hello.
Following this update, the Madrid Regional Government’s apps for reading and topping up public transport cards are no longer working properly. They use a system that reads the card via NFC, but it no longer reads it even though the NFC indicator is active.

Is it possible to safely revert to the previous version if I still have the 3.7.3 update file on my mobile, without any issues with Google’s security patches?

Two weeks ago I dated up on v4.0 flawlessly.
It took less than an hour and 4% battery, everything works.

No problems apart from that payment with the Curve pay app does not work anymore. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the Curve Pay app but still does not work. Prior to the update it was working fine.

Thanks!

Love the new look! Everything works fine EXCEPT volume on phone speaker too low during calls.

Hi JohanJ,
I have added your FP4 low call volume feedback here Issues reported on v3.6 (#9277) · Issues · e / Backlog · GitLab
Let’s see if someone will get back to us about this one.
Thanks

Hey,
Thank you!

Best wishes,
Johan

Yes I have this problem too. See my post: Feedback for v4.0 - #224 by joho500

Hi @joho500 we do not have a device maintainer for the caiman. The build would be picking up the device tree directly from Lineage. You can raise an issue on gitlab sharing these details and the developers and build team can check and resolve the issue.
