hey there,
after the official December update I am having issues to set upy fingerprint reader on FP 6
previously it was possible to do so, at least after restart of the phone.
now, after flashing the phone with the latest update and locking it. I can’t finish the setup.
every time just before the last piece of print is recorded, it comes up with a pop up, saying not possible, try again.
haven’t found anything in the community.
any idea or advice?

can you setup a pin?
Maybe you suffer from this problem here:
Long story short, if there was a google account on the device you didn’t remove it properly then you have to install stock android again and get it removed

I have a pin and it’s working fine as is the rest of the phone and apps.
I have come across that topic you mentioned, but I thought that’s another problem and I hate to go to all the installation and with apps and stuff…
that’s why I hope there is another solution.
