The bank app Fortnox doesn’t work. It uses the camera to scan recipes and documents. But the camera doesn’t open. It seems like the app doesn’t have permission to use the camera. But I cant give it this permission because the app doesn’t show in the list of apps with camera permission under security and integrity settings.
How can I get it to work?
I use the default camera app on my phone.
This important app still doesn’t work and no one answers. What are the support team doing?

They certainly don’t guarantee any Google-dependent App (Fortnox is one according to Aurora Store) to work at any given point in time on /e/OS, and they technically can’t do anything to really force such Apps to work.
If you’re lucky, constant improvements and adjustments in microG (the Open Source Google services replacement included in /e/OS) may at some point lead to this App working for an unforeseeable length of time on /e/OS, but that’s about what you can expect.
If that’s not enough for you, /e/OS was the wrong choice of OS for your use case.
