We had this problem here before (3.2 in Dezember 25). For me it appears for the first time on my Murena-FP4 with newly updated version 3.7.3a14 but also with the previous one.
The app lounge is listing all updates but when starting them (or even only one of them) it stays at 0℅. I tried out a lot of that stuff mentioned in the same thread (see above, closed in Dec.25) but nothing helped. Any ideas in the crowd?
Thank you, Sascha! Meanwhile I’m a few steps further. After trying out almost all the solutions mentioned here in the community - unfortunately without any success - the problem got “solved” by my return to Germany and a connection to my tk-providers network and my home-Wifi. It started immediately to update the apps. Still a strange thing though my provider guaranteed “full tk- and internet” while I’m abroad (within the EU), but obviously there is a restriction, I didn’t know about.
Always turn Advanced Privacy off while problem solving / testing.
Regarding Clear storage, the standard advice is “then wait” but if it doesn’t work first time be prepared wait 2 to 12 hours.
Another thing to consider in the case of “impossible updates” is geo-fencing. Some apps are specific to certain regions. Maybe app A will refuse to update when one travels to Country B and then (buggy) holds the whole list. Later the app is no problem on return to Country A and the Update list becomes non problematic.
