FP4 Fairphone 4 Mise à jour

Hi everyone,

I’m a beginner and it’s probably a stupid question, and so, wonderful, it will be easy to answer =)

I’m using /e/os since a long time on my FP4, I was surprised to see no update since november 2023 with Android 12… but I realised on the web that there is new update with android 14 and even 15.

How to get it ? May be there is no upgrade and I have to reinstall everything ? If yes, can I use the easy software of e/OS/ ?

You might want to add your version of /e/OS – “dev” (now called “community”) OR “stable” (now called “official”). This information can be found somewhere in Settings > About this phone (in the build number).

Exactly the kind I answer I needed ; thanks a lot Piero, it works perfectly well ; glad to be on the last version.

Just one anoying point… my shazam still see my 52 tracks history but… only one of them is viewable ; no one will probably get the answer, but in case where it could be answerable, I wanna get back those songs so much ^^

Finally it’s worth, Firefox, Signal, Aurora are not working too ; no internet connection and the logo “world” with a cross on it… I tried to find something on the forum but I’m a bit lost ; if you have an idea, I will appreciate because I don’t know what to do to get Data and internet back ^^

Ok I finaly found it : I found a solution ! I think that message from @MIB made my ears ring. By a mysterious action, the internet access to all the app was drop during update. To solve it, you must go into “setting” → “apps” choose an app to witch you want add the internet connection “app info” → “mobile data usage” → …
