FP5 and FP6: eSIM unable to send or receive text messages
FP5 and FP6 (3.3-A15-official, Not rooted, )

Details:

Orange Belgium SIM card: sending and receiving possible.

Orange Belgium eSIM: no.

Orange France SIM card: yes.

Therefore, it is not possible to send and receive text messages from the eSIM.

I am having the same issue and have requested a physical SIM from the carrier to see if it resolves the issue.
