[FP6] App Lounge bug after upgrade to /e/os v4.1.1

Does anyone else have this strange behaviour? On my Fairphone 6 with /e/os v4.1.1 the App Lounge forgets my login credentials repeatedly over night. I’m using a Google Account which I only created for this purpose and which isn’t used anywhere else.

So, I do a login process in the App Lounge with this Google Account (only for the App Lounge). The Login process is successful and the App Lounge is running fine. Over night I switch off Wifi and Mobile Data. The next morning, when I switch on Wifi and Mobile Data again and open the App Lounge, the login is forgotton. App Lounge asks me to log in and the overall process starts again.

Before the upgrade from version 4.0 to version 4.1.1 of /e/os this bug didn’t appear.

  1. Vendor Name: Fairphone

  2. Device name: The Fairphone FP6

  3. Version of /e/OS or Stock which existed previously: 4.0 official

  4. Is the device Rooted / Not rooted: Not rooted

Any ideas how to fix this? I searched the community and Gitlab, but didn’t find any similar topic. If I missed something, any hint would be highly appreciated. Many thanks in advanced.

Yes, me too with my FP5.

I don’t switch anything off overnight and get the same problem.

Same situation on Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro. Worked like charm up to /e/OS 4.0. Now App Lounge is logged out of the Google account every day…

Hi,

App lounge has always be a nightmare for me. Most of the time hanging up if I activate anonymous login and also with a google account. Resetting cache never helps.

The final solution for me has been to install Aurora, that do the same for g-play app, but always works like a charm and fast.
For open source app, use “F-Droid Basic” app.
