FP6 Called complain about bad call quality

I have the same problem with the microphone. If there are people close to me or in one room, the caller hear them better than me.

Is there any solution?

Hello, from what I’ve been told by the people I spoke to on the phone in the last couple of weeks the problem seems to be gone for me, after upgrading to 3.3. I’m not sure if the problem could be somehow carrier-related then (as if in subsequent updates they were fixing settings related to e.g. VoLTE that as far as I know are specific to each carrier), I’m from Italy and my carrier is Coopvoce (Vodafone network), but I don’t really know.

Since 3.3 I have the Problem.

My provider is the German Telekom.

Update: The problem is still there even with the following changes

  1. Brand new SIM card to rule out my several years old SIM

  2. 4G as preferred network instead of 5G since my old FP didn’t have 5G either and never had such a problem.

  3. WiFi calling as a standard, network only when WiFi not available.

Testing the microphone by several means does not reproduce the problem.

As of now I’m trying every possible solution that ChatGPT gives me after I described the problem and its circumstances as detailed as possible.
