From new upgrade i cant update any application from applounge

with applounge 2.14 im signed in as guest i cant find any option to clear cache and i cant update any application.. download stays on 0 and i can only cancel update for application ..i tried loging out and in reseting phone but it doesnt help.. can someone help me please? im on samsung a52 latest update
