Import is supported from these accounts: Apple, Google, Samsung, Huawei, Microsoft, Nextcloud, etc.
Log in to your other cloud accounts to transfer all applicable content to your new phone and to the cloud account to be used from now on. At Murena, when data volume exceeds 1 GB, a paid account will be needed, starting from €2/month for 20GB of space.
After logging in to all, we’ll calculate how much data you have in total. Then we’ll proceed to the appropriate cloud plan option at Murena.
The data transfer will take some time, and the downloading of especially videos and photos onto your device may take hours or days, depending on the amount of data and the speed of your connection. The data may appear on your new cloud account sooner than on your device, because our servers will receive the transfer directly over the Internet, bypassing your device.
Keep using your old account(s)
Warning: Many cloud providers use your data for various undisclosed purposes as a form of payment. This is a risk to your privacy, and in aggregate from millions of people, a risk to national security. To protect your data, Nextcloud (such as Murena) is strongly recommended. Skilled users may self-host their own Nextcloud.
