After switching from Android 13 to Android 15 i cannot increase the touch sensitivity of the display high enough for my silicone-like casing to work properly.
I upgraded the system from 3.1.1-t-blabla-community-beyond0lte to 3.1.4-a15-blabla-community-beyond0lte by wiping my data, flashing the appropriate recovery and upgrading the system. Everything works as expected after the upgrade!
But i cannot get the casing i use to work like it did in Android13. The silicone-like casing is kind of needed because of the rather rough working environment i am in. I tried to activate the ‘High touch sensitivity’-slider in the ‘Settings’ app for the display settings. The color of the slider suggests it might be increased, but it is not enough for my setup.
Again, that worked in Android 13 like a charm.
Is there any way to further increase the sensitivity? Developer settings? Some obscure adb command? Some system magic code in the ‘Dialer’ app?
I am thankful for any suggestions because search on the web did not point me in any direction to investigate the issue any further.
