Galaxy S10e. maybe problem with dev directory

Has anybody noticed there may be a problem with mounting the dev folder on the S10e.
Seen in with 2.1-t and 2.2-1, first with TWRP , when going into recovery, there was an error at mount dev.
Could not mount it in TWRP , I wanted to try to replace mixer_gains.xml in dev\etc\ but could not nount it or open it with TWRP file manager
So I thought , maybe an TWRP problem, so I replaced it with e\os\ recovery.
But when I use adb root and adb remount it also gave an error on mounting dev.
But remount seemed tot fix it , had to reboot en then remount did work with no error, and could pull push the mixer_gains.xml.
Only wondering if it could be a bug.

Where to get a proper mixer_gains.xml?
I read about it in the known issues but I do want to upgrade and I can’t remember if/how I did that procedure, too on 1.19.

@WillemR : if TWRP don’t work, have you thinked about gain root permission with “magisk” and use “gost commander” to manage file replacement ?

Its here

Solution

It does work also on the S10e

I did compare the mixer_gains.xml, I pulled from my S10e with that one in the download, and they match perfectly, except of some changed values.

But be aware, does not work wit twrp recovery, need e\os\ revovery

With e\os\ recovery it works fine with the adb commands
