Go back to Google Android, login to your Google a/c and logout.

thank you

I will try

is there something that I can try?

I also tried adb shell recovery wipe data but it does not recognize de command

A thing you can try is Odin3 windows..

what is the difference with respect odin4

Indeed I tried yesterday but odin3 it does not even seen the device.

On most devices, you must use the button to switch to download mode then plug the device.

OK, I will try again

I tried on another computer.

The device is now recognized

I used ODIN3 and it did not work. The log output is:

Leave CS..

Enter CS for MD5..

Check MD5.. Do not unplug the cable..

Please wait..

Thus I do not know what to do more !

i think you are aware that reboot the device into Download mode is mandatory for each attempt

in your Odin3 log, about the device, i don’t see the expected “Added”, “removed”, “Added”

Thanks you. I did not know this because I used several time odin4 and I always gave a single instruction.
In any case even if I use only
-a AK****md5
it fails.
In any case I will try as you say.
