starting my phone this morning it got stuck on the TWRP-screen and I don´t know
what to do, to get it to run again.

Have you tried to simply Reboot ?

It is a old version of TWRP, do you need to update it ? Or installing the e-recovery instead ?

reboot did not work this morning,
but I rebooted again just now and the phone started OK!
