Hey, I have a Samsung galaxy S9 with Android 9(Pie) installed. The installation guide warns you to rather not use Pie or Q, but since I really wanna install /e/ my question is how likely is bricking?(preferably a rough percent number so I can think about whether its worth the risk)

This warning is here for every device. I don’t think that downgrade to /e/ Oreo from Pie will brick the device. And even if it doesn’t work, you will be able to restore the stockROM.
You can wait for someone who has this device though, to be sure.
