Hacked account answer, when sending an email

Just wanted to send somone in Switzerland an email and got blocked.

Can you please check and remove this. Or do I have to contact the recipient?

Pl send the details to support@e.email and the team will work on getting this resolved.

Thanks. The team should have already responded to the mail. We had a spammer use the e email to send out such mail. This caused our mail to be temporarily banned. The team is working on resolving the issue. Will keep you updated on the progress.

Something similar happened to a mail server I ran about 15 years ago. As I recall it was cleared up fairly quickly.

Spamhaus shouldn’t block us anymore, you can retry.
