Can I set the Ring (Doorbell) app (or any third party app) to override do not disturb to get notifications?

In ‘Do Not Disturb’ settings (Settings | Sound and vibration | Do Not Disturb, or each in Settings, click the ‘Apps’ link in the section titled ‘What can interrupt Do Not Disturb’ and choose ‘Add apps’

Do Not Disturb Access has some apps in there, but there is no option to add additional apps.

It looks like it is dependent on Android version: it’s available in Android 11 / R onwards but no in Android 10 / Q. It looms like you are runninq Android Q, so the answer to your question
