trying to update payment method in for Murena cloud.
Cant do it because in the account, you cannot delete the old payment method, and I cannot find any button to add a new payment method. see attchached screenshot.
For queries about the sales and support from helpdesk for paying users or when planning to purchase a product or service, you should submit the query using the form Contact Us if not already done. The team would have more details on the product.
The old email IDs are not monitored.
If anybody else has this problem, I found the solution: You have to click on “subscriptions” and then click on the current pending payment. Then you can enter a new payment method in the following screen.
