How to create ticket at /e/ gitlab? Email not accepted!

Hi,

I need to create a ticket with the /e/ gitlab, as recommended here:

The /e/ gitlab page here
https://gitlab.e.foundation/users
does not accept my email, however: I get the message
“Email is not allowed for sign-up. Please use your regular email address. Check with your administrator.”

I’m using a @gmx.de email address and I definitely cannot use my work email address, as suggested on the page, to register a bug for the private phone of my mom :frowning:

What’s wrong with using one of Germany’s biggest providers?

Reading whole pages will help. Further down the instructions page, they say they blocked many email domains due to dummy accounts and offer help via an email account. I’ll try that.
