My banking applications have stopped working on Android 10. How do I upgrade to Android 11 on my Gigaset S290?

Hi,
Developers said that they’re working for OTA upgrade for phones that /e/ sells.
At this time, they don’t know if it works. They’re testing first S9.
Gs290 could be part of it.
