I’ve seen that the HTC 10 is compatible with /e/. I have a HTC desire 10 lifestyle, will it work with the OS /e/ for HTC 10?

Don’t flash a build that doesn’t match perfectly your device. /e/ is only available for the HTC 10 (with the codename “pme”).

No! The devices have different hardware (CPU, GPU) and the /e/ OS ROM only supports HTC 10 - “pme”. Other models are not supported
