I have problems udating e/Os and entering my Murena workspace

After updating e/Os I receive a message on my e/Os phone (a Fairphone) that the authentication of my Murena account failed and that I have to check my login data.
I tried to do this, but I get the message that my username or my password is incorrect.
Next I tried to login on my laptop. It was no problem to login and change my password, but again I received the same failure message.
After that I tried to open my workspace on the laptop (which I have done before, but only a few times, because all the settings seemed alright), hoping I could settle the problem there. But now I can’t find any option to enter the workspace.
I tried to contact the helpdesk, but did not receive any response yet.
Can you please help me out?

Before I had also access to my workspace on my laptop, but I can’t find the login page anymore. Can you help me out with that one too?
