I was unable to log into my murena account because of the message: "Access via an untrusted domain name. Please contact your administrator."

I used “https://murena.io/login?redirect_url=/apps/snappymail/” to log in to my murena account, and it said: "Accessed via an untrusted domain name Please contact your administrator. If you are the administrator, please edit the “trusted_domains” setting in config/config.php according to the config.sample.php example. "Now I can’t access my murena account, I don’t know what’s going on? Please help me!

Were you able to log in previously, or is this a newly created account that you are trying to use?

Are you able to login via https://murena.io/login ? Your url contains a redirect. As it happens this redirect works here, as I see it, because my e-mail password is the same as my main murena cloud password.

I have had the same earlier tthis morning for both dashboard and snappymail. They both work now.

I can’t get access to Murena Workspace
The message is

Access via an untrusted domain

Something with config/config.php and ‘trusted_domains’ settings.

Do I have to solve this by myself or is it a bug again?

Hi,
I can’t currently log in to murena.io, to access my documents. I get the error:

Access through untrusted domain

Please contact your administrator. If you are an administrator, edit the “trusted_domains” setting in config/config.php like the example in config.sample.php.

I’ve tried on several browsers with the same result.

I notice the status page is also reading it as down ( https://status.murena.io ), but there is no explanation. Is there somewhere I can go to find out what is happening, please?

Have updated the server team to check and resolve. Will update if I get any inputs from them.

I have the same problem. I can’t access the site from my computer or smartphone

I am now able to log in.

I was able to log in normally before, this is not a new account

Yesterday, i had exactly the same problem, however, i thought ridiculous my sign in is saved with a pin and i finaly got a page that asked me “are your automatic signins remembered,” and i said no rebooted and then an informational page came up for me to verify. Then bingo im back go normal. I refused to accept the reverse of what i have done all along. However, there have been some weird things happening with the new system.

This issue should be resolved now. Are you still getting the error?
