Is it possible to flash m’y pixel 4 wich is on grapheneOs .Or i have to reset thé pixel Google Android

Personally, I did the graphene os procedure again on pixel 6 to get it back into Google Os. I followed the command line procedure on Linux (e/os web installer wasn’t working for me).
my pixel 6 is on OS

Thanks, Graphene OS is no longer updated on Pixel 4, while E/OS is still updated on my Pixel 3.
