Installer not working - can not download

The web installer is not able to install on FP5. It seems to fail to download the zip. Looks like a bug but I where do I report this?

This is just as /e/OS Installer fails to download FP5 image - #2 by aibd where I made suggestions. Is asking for a15 when a14 official is available.
