I’m here to request some support. Since a couple of days the /e/OS on my Fairphone 6 has been showing more issues. First I noticed some issues with my WiFi connection, suddenly burning through my data. And now it has piled on with a list of Account Manager errors, my provider internet service to stop working for a range of apps and my App Lounge and a range of other apps to stop functioning too.

The errors I can see occurring are as follows:
Account manager:
- (Personal) Network or I/O error - Unable to resolve host “murena.io”: No address associated with hostname
- Contacts (…@murena.io YQ) Network or I/O error - Unable to resolve host “murena.io”: No address associated with hostname
- Soft error (max retries reached)
- Warning - Sign-in required to Access Murena workspace
I’ve tried to refresh the sign in to my murena account (which I can access via a laptop just fine) but that doesn’t work and gives “Couldn’t find CalDAV or CardDAV service”, I guess because I don’t have any Wifi or provider internet connection.
I haven’t downloaded any new apps recently. I’ve restarted my phone already a couple of times. Updating to e/OS 3.7 doesn’t work because I “don’t have any internet connection”.
The things that do still work are the base apps like gallery and notes. Somehow the chat apps (Signal) and my webbrowser are the only ones that still have internet connection and still seem to work. Any other (bank app, public transport, music, etc.) that use internet don’t work anymore.
Any help is much appreciated!
