What a good interview. Excellent questions (sometimes deftly side-stepped by Gael) and not some fluff piece. From my point of view it was good to read Gael’s thoughts to reaffirm the aspects of Murena that had sparked my motivation to start using e/OS/ in the first place.
So much of e/OS/ works perfectly that I was starting to get lost in the minutiae of being concerned about OTA update frequency and their download speeds. Fixating on whether my phone’s software was Android 13 or 15. When instead I should be focusing on the larger purpose behind my useage Murena’s excellent product.
As I’ve typed a number of times over the years, I’d like to once again thank everyone envolved in creating and keeping e/OS/ running. Thank you for providing us with an alternative to keep our data as our own.
Naturally enough, ‘thanks’ don’t keep a roof over your head or food in your belly, so here’s hoping the next round of funding is an unqualified success.
