I have used custom labels for the phone numbers of some of my contacts. This works well. However, when I merge one of these contacts with a Signal contact, the custom labels no longer appear. They are only visible when I edit the contact, but when I view the contact, I only see the phone number without the label. If I unmerge the contacts, the custom labels reappear.

looked at the backlog items on Contacts and there’s no report yet. You can use the forum email to register. Supplying a screenshot or short video demo helps others acknowledge the issue faster.
