Issue: Murena cloud photos not downloading

Hi there,

Today I tried to download a couple of photos from my Murena Cloud and it gave me the following error (in Dutch). I can however download just one photo. What is wrong? Can’t seem to find anything online about this.

As it isn’t clear - what was the context you downloaded in, Web browser of a laptop or the phone?

Hi @tcecyk, yes it still happens when doing it.

Sorry that the context was not clear. I went to the Murena Cloud in the web browser of a laptop. It does download something, but when clicking on it, it opens a new tab showing this error.

is there any way to show that behaviour without disclosing anything personal?

is that download initiated by you or just happens, and if the former: do you download, a specific file type or a collection of files (zip)?

Hi @tcecyk - thanks for your questions.

I go to my Murena Cloud Gallery to download photos. If I select only one, it downloads the photo, if I select two or more, it AUTOMATICALLY downloads a file (not a zip file) that is from my Ecosia Browser and when I open it, it says that error. I want to add the file, but cannot see where I can do that. So I have added the filename as a screenshot

ok understood, that is easily reproduced and totally a bug. I can’t find this filed upstream under different terms, so seems a downstream issue. In any case, filed this here
