I’m having an issue with the USB file transfer feature. When I connect for the first time, I can change the mode to file transfer and all works well. When disconnecting the phone and reconnecting it, I’m not longer able to change the connection mode. How do I fix this without rebooting the phone?
What operating system are you connecting the phone to Windows, Linux, Mac?
If windows make sure the driver is installed for the phone.
