Yes I am logged into ecloud same credentials.

Regarding the storage subscriptions, for now it is only accessible from your āecloudā account console.
Can you please try following these steps:

if you have an āecommerceā account with us at https://e.foundation (you may have created an account to shop for a smartphone or to make a donation), please log out of this account: https://e.foundation/my-account/customer-logout/

go to https://ecloud.global and log in with your e.email credentials

Click on āfilesā in the top part

Locate in the bottom right corner the button āIncrease storage sizeā

Click to access the storage options

Select your preferred storage size and your preferred payment (monthly or annually)

Enter your billing details or log in with your āe-commerceā account at e.foundation
Please let me know if this works better or not.
Just to update on my situationā¦ According to my credit card rep the orders were failing because no dollar amount was shown during processing. They had to āupgradeā my credit account (maybe had to do with international purchases. Not sure as they didnāt elaborate). Several minutes later I tried again and all was good. Order was processed and I now have 64GB. Cool stuff.

Thanks for the screen capture. It says āincrease storage sizeā, not āincrease memory sizeā. Not sure what the problem is.
Will look into what can be done for the translations in German of the check out page.
