Lemonadep firmware requirement

Hello everyone. I’d like to install /e/OS to may fairly old phone - OnePlus 9 Pro. Currently I have LineageOS 22.2 (Android 15) installed there. The installation guide says that I should have Android 13/14. Does anyone know if it’s still relevant? It was written for a quite long time, and there were few /e/OS major releases during that time. Maybe there is an easier option already than rolling back to old stock firmware?

Hello @kurnevsky, Welcome to the /e/ users forum.

i think stock Android 13/14 was a requirement to install LineageOS 22.2,
so you should already have the original firmware parts.

/e/OS build inlude the needed updated firmware parts as listed below :

./payload-dumper-go -l e-3.7.3-a16-20260507618652-community-lemonadep.zip

Please wait while extracting payload.bin from the archive.
payload.bin: /tmp/payload_951299773.bin

so all is OK to adb sideload fatest /e/ build.
