Never mind, I managed to fix it.
Yes, I can confirm it works consistently, I used it on a FP3 and FP5 with /e/OS, never had any issues with it.

Same, I tried to add the NL app DigiD but I got a 500 error. I assume I don’t have edit permissions, yet.

Use the “pencil icon” in the upper-right corner of the list itself to edit it.

Added two italian apps that work.
Changed German i-Kfz to “Not working” because document download fails on Pixel 8 (A15 3.7.3 official) and Pixel 4a (A16 4.0 community) while it works on Pixel 7a with stock Android.
Hmmm… I get a “500 Error” when saving my edit, but the edit appears anyway

(2 min later) I saved it as a draft, then reloaded the draft: No error. 
That aside, I’m quite astonished that there are no entries for Spain here — are there really so few Spanish /e/OS users here?
gov.pt stopped working since version 4.1.4. It gave a incompatibility warning and wiped all data from the app. Clicking the login button only leads to a white page. (Cautionary warning for anyone checking: if changing to e/os/ or updating the app, make sure you have login set to email and/or phone as well, otherwise you need a new mobile key).
This happens on both v3.7 and 4.0 (community build Pixel 6). Unsure if I update the list as I don’t know if other users have this problem too (new here in forum but not on e/os/, so unsure if lists are updated as soon as new reports are in).
My identifier App ,Ausweis-App’ from German Goverment is not working anymore. They won’t support open source not longer.
Does anyone knows a working identifier app for Germany?

I can confirm mObywatel for Poland working.
Using: Realme 8 on /e/OS v3.3 (Unofficial build - [UNOFFICAL BUILD] Realme 8 [nashc] for /e/OS-T 2.x )
Adding ID didn’t work by logging into government page (unsigned certificate error). It worked by scanning the ID with NFC.
Later I also tried logging in by scanning QR code on government page with app and it worked.
