Thanks I saw the message on the telegram channel. That was fast ![]()
I also want it to be added to the official list. I have XT2363-8
Hey friends!
Is there also a list with future devices eligible for an official build?
Will there be an official build for the Google Pixel Pro series?
Maybe Murena wants to sell the Pixel 9 Pro XL?
I need a relockable devices with the UWB hardware and favorably with a bigger screen than Googles Not-Pro series (Pixel 8, Pixel 9).
Thanks for doing a great job de-googleing the world!
Frank
Hi,
thanks for the info. I just subscribed.
Names of the devices which are selected for sale are shared through the newsletters
Is there a place where I can read old newsletters before I subscribed or a list with devices planned for sale (and thus with relockable bootloader)?
Thanks
Frank
Are the Xperia listed fully compatible with the last version of e/os.
I would but a second hand xperia phone and will have to install e/os but would like to be sure it will fully work with e/os.
Many sony-xperia users have contributed quite favourably to the forum over time. Quite a good indicator however is to search a model you have in mind on Smartphone Selector where there is a usability box
This as indicated connects to known issues and could be useful to narrow your list.
Hi Team, any update on the additional phones that will be supported? Ideally I’m looking for Pixel 9. If you have any update on the ETA I’d be very grateful. Thanks for all your efforts!
Should be with the v3.2 release which we expect to release hopefully by next week.
Thanks so much for the update Manoj - looking forward to trying it out. Let me know if you need any test feedback etc. as would be happy to provide it. ![]()
Hello, i just bought a second hand motorolla thinkphone. I tried to install e/os but I had a error message telling me it was not available on this phone right now. Any idea when it will be?

Patrick

According to Smartphone Selector, It is already supported since the 2025 08 30
Install /e/OS on a Motorola ThinkPhone by motorola - “bronco”
Thank for the link. Unfortunatelly i have the following error message when trying to install/update brew :
==> Downloading and installing Homebrew…
==> Updating Homebrew…
Updated 1 tap (homebrew/core).
Error: Failed to link all completions, docs and manpages:
Permission denied @ rb_file_s_symlink - (../../../Homebrew/completions/zsh/_brew, /usr/local/share/zsh/site-functions/_brew)
Failed during: /usr/local/bin/brew update --force --quiet.
Any idea where it comes from?
I am on a MacOS Sonoma 14.8.1.
I think I saw similar errors where platform-tools were obtained other than from https://developer.android.com/tools/releases/platform-tools. Although Mac is not specifically covered platform-tools should be provided approximately as Linux Installing adb and fastboot on a Linux PC.
I read lineage OS is only avaialble for XT2309-2. I have the XT2309-3 : any risk to install E/OS on it?
I read that e/os shall not be supported. If this is the case, is there any release planned for XT2309-3?
Thank you for your help.
I’m currently testing/trying the build found here and it’s been working great on my Motorola Edge 30 Fusion. I posted about in the Motorola section of the forum too. Very excited to see this phone will be added to the supported device list. If there is a way to help out without having to sign up for Telegram I’d be very interested in testing and providing reproducible bug reports if I find something.

I don’t know if the spam problem here was so bad this is needed after the barriers to sign up to the forum like email verification.)
