Is this normal? /e/Os browser location permission is not granted but the app has access to location.

not really - I can only reproduce this view if I granted access to location prior (used MyOSMatic: Create map for the geoloc request) from within Browser, then revoke the permission later
Believe me, location permission was revoked for all apps since the first day I installed /e/Os.
Browser will still ask, any chance you used “Only this time” as described at Location updates in Android 11 | Android Developers ? it’s the first option in the dialog too. In the Apps permission settings view “Location” will still be listed at “Not allowed”
